The Update User Details tool allows Neo Agent to modify user properties like display name, job title, department, and phone numbers.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can update:
  • Display name
  • Job title
  • Department
  • Phone numbers
  • Office location
  • Other user properties

How to Use

Use when tickets request user property changes: 
Update the user's job title to "Senior Developer" as requested.
Change department to "Engineering" for the new transfer.
