The Create Conditional Access Policy tool allows Neo Agent to create new Conditional Access policies in a customer’s Entra ID tenant.
What It Does
When enabled, the agent can:
- Create new Conditional Access policies
- Define conditions (users, applications, locations, platforms, risk levels)
- Configure grant controls (MFA, compliant device, etc.)
- Configure session controls (sign-in frequency, persistent browser, etc.)
- Set the policy state (enabled, disabled, or report-only)
Conditional Access policies control access to your tenant’s resources. Always require technician approval and consider using report-only mode first to evaluate impact.
How to Use
Use this tool to create new access policies:
Create a CA policy requiring MFA for all users accessing Office 365.
Set up a policy to block legacy authentication for all users.
