The Search Entra Users tool allows Neo Agent to search for users in Entra ID by object ID, user principal name, or name.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Search users by object ID
  • Find users by user principal name (email)
  • Search by partial name matches
  • Identify users for other M365 operations

How to Use

This tool supports other M365 operations by finding the correct user: 
Find the user mentioned in the ticket.
Verify user exists before making changes.
