Refer other Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to Neo Agent. You earn bonus credits every month for a full year for each MSP you refer — and the MSP you refer gets a welcome bonus too.
For every MSP you refer, you earn 1,500 credits per month for 12 months, and the MSP you refer gets a one-time 2,500-credit welcome bonus. There’s no limit on referrals, and the monthly credits stack — refer three MSPs and that’s 4,500 credits every month.

How it works

Find your referral code

Every Neo Agent account has a unique referral code. Find it in Settings → Referral Program.

Share it with another MSP

Send your code — or the ready-made share text — to MSPs who’d benefit from Neo Agent.

They sign up with your code

When they enter your referral code during onboarding, the two accounts are linked automatically and our team is notified.

They convert to a paid plan

Rewards begin once the referred MSP converts to a paid plan — nothing is granted during their trial. This applies to both sides: the referred MSP’s welcome bonus and your monthly credits both start at conversion.

Credits are granted automatically

The moment they convert, both bonuses are granted automatically — no one has to apply anything. The referred MSP’s one-time welcome bonus and your first month of credits land right away, and from then on your monthly credits refresh on their own each month for 12 months.
When do rewards start? After the referred MSP converts to a paid plan — not at signup or during their trial. Both the referred MSP’s one-time bonus and the referrer’s monthly credits are keyed to that conversion.

Tracking your rewards

Both sides can see their referral rewards in Billing:
  • Referrers see each MSP they’ve referred, the credits earned per month, and how many months remain on each referral.
  • Referred MSPs see who referred them and their welcome bonus.
Your active referral credits are added on top of your plan’s monthly credit limit, so you can spend them just like your regular plan credits.
The whole flow is automatic: entering a code at signup links the two accounts, and both bonuses are granted the moment the referred MSP converts to a paid plan — nothing to claim or apply. From there the monthly credits refresh on their own.

Open the Billing page in your dashboard. Referrers see every MSP they’ve referred and the credits earned; referred MSPs see their welcome bonus and who referred them.
