What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Assign admin roles like Global Admin, User Admin, etc.
  • Support role-based access control
  • Enable administrative capabilities
Directory roles grant significant permissions. Always require technician approval for role assignments.

How to Use

Use carefully for administrative role assignments: 
Assign "User Administrator" role to the IT team lead.
Grant "Helpdesk Administrator" to the support technician.
