The Delete Conditional Access Policy tool allows Neo Agent to remove Conditional Access policies from a customer’s Entra ID tenant.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Delete Conditional Access policies by ID
  • Remove outdated or unnecessary access controls
Deleting a Conditional Access policy is permanent and cannot be undone. Always require technician approval before deleting policies.

How to Use

Use this tool to remove policies that are no longer needed: 
Delete the temporary CA policy that was created for the contractor project.
Remove the deprecated legacy auth policy.
