Types of actions
- Smart actions: AI-powered steps that summarize, extract, classify, or draft responses.
- Write to PSA actions: Safely change fields, add notes, create or merge tickets, and update time entries.
- Notify users actions: Send clear updates to end users or internal teams via email or chat.
Start with read-only or comment-first actions in early tests. Move field-changing steps later in the sequence once results are consistent.
