Supported Languages
Neo Agent can translate messages sent to end-users via the “Notify Ticket’s Contact” and other Notify Users actions. Currently, the following languages are supported for translation:- English (default for all communications if no translation is selected)
- Any other language. Our AI model supports all languages.
The Neo Agent platform interface itself is currently available in English. Multi-language support primarily applies to communications generated by specific actions.
