Neo Agent supports multiple languages, making it easy for global MSPs to serve clients and teams in their preferred language. This feature ensures that your automated communications reach customers in a language they understand, improving satisfaction and reducing miscommunication.

Supported Languages

Neo Agent can translate messages sent to end-users via the “Notify Ticket’s Contact” and other Notify Users actions. Currently, the following languages are supported for translation:
  • English (default for all communications if no translation is selected)
  • Any other language. Our AI model supports all languages.
The Neo Agent platform interface itself is currently available in English. Multi-language support primarily applies to communications generated by specific actions.

How to Enable for Notifications

When configuring the “Notify Ticket’s Contact” (or other) action in a workflow:

Enable Translation Option

Enable the “Use custom instructions” option in the action configuration

Select Target Language

In the “Custom instructions” field, enter the language you want to use, like “Translate the message to French”.
You can use “custom instructions” to post-process the message in any way you want. Translation is just one of the many things you can do with it.
