The Add Recipient Permission tool allows Neo Agent to grant SendAs permissions to mailboxes, distribution groups, and other recipients.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Grant SendAs permissions
  • Allow users to send as other recipients

​
How to Use

Use for SendAs permission requests: 
Grant SendAs permission for the shared department mailbox.
Allow the assistant to send as the executive.
