The Update Conditional Access Policy tool allows Neo Agent to modify existing Conditional Access policies in a customer’s Entra ID tenant.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Update policy name, state, conditions, or controls
  • Enable or disable existing policies
  • Switch policies between enabled and report-only mode
  • Modify conditions and controls on existing policies
Changes to Conditional Access policies take effect immediately and can impact user access. Always require technician approval for policy updates.

How to Use

Use this tool to modify existing policies: 
Enable the MFA policy that is currently in report-only mode.
Add an exclusion group to the legacy auth blocking policy.
