The Delegate Mailbox tool allows Neo Agent to grant Full Access permissions to a user’s mailbox.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Grant Full Access to mailboxes
  • Enable mailbox access for delegates
  • Support team mailbox management

How to Use

Use for mailbox delegation requests: 
Grant the assistant Full Access to the executive's mailbox.
Set up delegation for vacation coverage.
