The Forward Emails tool allows Neo Agent to configure email forwarding rules.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Set up email forwarding
  • Forward to internal or external addresses
  • Support vacation coverage and offboarding

How to Use

Use for forwarding requests: 
Forward emails to the manager during employee leave.
Set up forwarding to a replacement during offboarding.
