The Create User tool allows Neo Agent to create new user accounts in Microsoft Entra ID as part of onboarding workflows.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Create new user accounts in Entra ID
  • Set initial user properties
  • Generate initial passwords
  • Assign to the correct tenant

How to Use

Use in onboarding workflows to automate user creation: 
Create the new user account with:
- Display name from the ticket
- Email using company's primary domain
- Job title if specified
