The Assign Licenses tool allows Neo Agent to assign Microsoft 365 licenses to users.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Assign M365 licenses to users
  • Select from available license SKUs
  • Support onboarding workflows

Settings

SettingDescription
Require technician approvalWhen enabled, the agent sends a Teams approval request before assigning. Enabled by default.
The marketplace provider (Pax8, D&H, or Microsoft Partner Center) is automatically detected from the company’s configuration — no per-tool setup required.

How to Use

Use as part of onboarding workflows: 
Assign Microsoft 365 Business Basic license to new users.
Assign E3 license for users needing full Office apps.
Need to add seats before assigning? Use Purchase Microsoft License to buy additional seats first.
