The Add to Groups tool allows Neo Agent to add users to various Microsoft 365 group types.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can add users to:
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Security groups
  • Distribution lists
  • SharePoint groups
  • Group mailboxes and calendars

How to Use

Use as part of onboarding workflows: 
Add the new user to the "All Employees" distribution list.
Add to the department's Teams channel.
Add to the appropriate security groups for their role.
