The TD SYNNEX Partner API gives Neo your TD SYNNEX price and the stock in each warehouse, freight estimates, your TD SYNNEX quotes, orders and invoices, in the US and Canada. Connect it once with the Client ID and Client Secret from the TD SYNNEX Developer Portal, and Neo agents can price the hardware a ticket needs and tell you where an order is. This is a separate connection from TD SYNNEX’s cloud marketplaces, StreamOne ION and StreamOne Stellr, which cover cloud subscriptions and seats.

What Neo can do with TD SYNNEX Hardware

  • Read your price and the stock in each TD SYNNEX warehouse for up to 100 parts in one call, by TD SYNNEX SKU or manufacturer part number
  • Quote the PC or parts a ticket asks for: find the model’s part numbers, check price and stock, create the quote in Quoter when ScalePad is connected, and put it on the ticket as an internal note
  • Read a quote your TD SYNNEX rep made, by its CPO ID
  • Answer “where is PO 48213?” in chat, with tracking and serial numbers
  • Estimate freight to a ZIP code, and read invoices
  • Place a purchase order once the quote is approved, with a technician’s approval first
Neo prices parts by TD SYNNEX SKU or manufacturer part number. To find a model from a description, give the agent the Web Search tool, so it can look up the manufacturer’s part numbers first.

Set up a hardware quoting agent

  1. Connect TD SYNNEX Hardware.
  2. Create a triggered agent for your procurement or quote tickets, give it the Helpdesk profile in its TD SYNNEX Hardware block, and turn on Web Search. To quote in Quoter, connect ScalePad and give the agent the Quoter module.
  3. Tell it what to do, for example:
