Before you start
- Smart Pricing Table includes API access on its Business plan.
- A key acts as the user who created it, with that user’s role. Neo can do only what that user may do: a user who may not delete or send proposals gives Neo a key that cannot either. Every proposal Neo creates shows that user.
1. Create the API key in Smart Pricing Table
Sign in as the user Neo should act as, open Settings → Profile, and create an API key. Copy it.2. Save it in Neo
1
Open Integrations
In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the Smart Pricing Table card, under Sales & Quoting.
2
Save the key
Paste the key into API Key and click Save settings. Neo lists one proposal with it before saving, so a wrong key is rejected straight away.
3. Turn Smart Pricing Table on per agent
Open the agent, go to the Integrations section, and pick an access profile for the Smart Pricing Table block, or set each area yourself:
See Smart Pricing Table API for the profiles and what the agent can read and change.
