ScalePad is the platform many MSPs use for hardware lifecycle management, vCIO planning, compliance, and quoting. When you connect ScalePad to Neo, your agents can read this data and act on it inside the workflows you already build. Work you normally do by clicking around in ScalePad can now happen on its own or alongside ticket work, with your team reviewing instead of typing.
ScalePad uses a single API key per MSP. Connect it once and every agent you enable can use it, with permissions you control per agent.

What Neo can do with ScalePad

Neo reaches into four ScalePad modules. You decide which ones each agent can touch.

Core

Look up clients, workstations, servers, network devices, and mobile assets that ScalePad syncs from your PSA. Any agent that needs to know what hardware a client has can use this data.

Lifecycle Manager

Read and write goals, initiatives, action items, assessments, meetings, notes, and deliverables. This is where most vCIO and Client Success workflows live.

ControlMap

Read compliance health, evidences, risks, and reports. Write new evidence and risk updates when the agent gets explicit approval from a technician.

Quoter

Read and write quotes, quote templates, line items, and the product catalog. Lets agents draft quotes inside the same flow that triggered the request.

Why connect ScalePad

Three new abilities open up the moment ScalePad is connected.
  1. Live hardware and lifecycle data inside every workflow. Any ticket, report, or planning agent works with the current asset reality instead of a stale spreadsheet, because the lookup happens against ScalePad at runtime.
  2. Draft roadmap initiatives, meeting notes, assessments, and deliverables on a schedule. vCIO prep work that used to take hours becomes a review of a ready draft, sitting in ScalePad before you sit down.
  3. Write back compliance evidence and draft quotes. Agents can capture ControlMap evidence and stage Quoter drafts, always behind the permission gates you set per agent.

How agents reach ScalePad

When you enable any ScalePad permission group on an agent, Neo automatically adds the ScalePad tool to that agent’s toolbox. There is nothing extra to install and no toolbox tweaking needed. The agent uses the API key you saved in the dashboard, and every call stays inside the modules and access levels you allowed.

Where to go next

Use cases

Concrete workflows MSPs run today, including warranty coverage proposals, at risk customer scans, and quarterly business reviews.
