QuoteWerks Web holds your quotes, orders and invoices. Connect your QuoteWerks Web API key to Neo once, at the MSP level. The integration uses the QuoteWerks Web REST API, which QuoteWerks marks as beta.

What Neo can do with QuoteWerks

  • Find a customer’s open quotes, and read a quote’s status, lines and total
  • Create a quote from a customer’s request: the quote, then one line per product, priced from your product table when you have one. QuoteWerks calculates the totals
  • Update a quote or a line, such as its status or a quantity
  • Look up products and contacts in the other tables of your QuoteWerks database
  • Run a saved Management Report and summarise it
A quote holds its sold-to company as text, so the QuoteWerks card has no Organization Mapping tab. See QuoteWerks API for the permission groups.
