Dicker Data is the Australian and New Zealand distributor where MSPs buy Microsoft CSP licences, hardware and other software for their customers. Connect your Dicker Data account, and Neo agents can audit what each customer pays for, buy licences, and change seat counts during onboarding and offboarding.

What Neo can do with Dicker Data

  • List every Microsoft subscription a customer holds at Dicker Data, with its seats, status and renewal date, and compare the seats paid for with the seats in use in Microsoft 365
  • Buy a new subscription or add-on for a customer’s tenant, after a technician approves it if you choose
  • Add seats now when someone joins, then assign the licence in Microsoft 365
  • Remove seats at the next renewal when someone leaves, so a second leaver in the same term takes a second seat off
  • Turn auto-renew on or off, change the term or billing for the next term, upgrade, and cancel inside Microsoft’s cancellation window
  • Read customer tenants, the Microsoft Customer Agreement status, orders and deliveries, prices, invoices and Autodesk subscriptions
Seat counts change only through the Change License Seats tool, which holds a lock on the subscription so two changes never count from the same number.

Your customers are their Microsoft tenants

Dicker Data names each customer by its Microsoft tenant ID, so Neo uses the tenant ID on each company in Neo. There is nothing to map: a company with its Microsoft tenant ID set on the Companies page is ready. See Dicker Data API for the permission groups.
