You connect your ArrowSphere account once with an API key. Neo then reaches every customer the key’s user can see.

1. Generate an API key

1

Open API keys

Sign in to ArrowSphere and open API > API keys in the top bar.
2

Generate the key

Select Generate a new key and follow the wizard. Generate it as a user whose roles reach your customers and their licences: the key can do what that user can do.
3

Copy the key

Copy the key. You can see your keys again on the same page.

2. Add the key in Neo

1

Open Integrations

In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the ArrowSphere card, under Cloud Marketplace.
2

Save the key

Paste the API key and click Save settings. Neo reads your partner account with it before saving, so a wrong or revoked key is rejected straight away.
If you revoke the key in ArrowSphere, Neo loses access until you save a new one here.

3. Check the customer mapping

Neo matches each ArrowSphere customer to a PSA company by its Microsoft tenant ID, then by name. Open the ArrowSphere card’s Organization Mapping tab to correct a match or confirm a suggested one. To set one by hand, type the customer reference (such as XSP12345) as the company’s Marketplace Company ID on the Companies page, with ArrowSphere as the marketplace. Seat changes also need the company’s Microsoft tenant ID, so Neo can confirm the new seat in Microsoft 365.

4. Turn on seat changes

Add Change License Seats and List License Subscriptions to your onboarding and offboarding agents. In Change License Seats, turn on Require technician approval if a technician should confirm each seat change. Ask your Neo Support Agent to set this up: for example, “When someone joins, ask the technician which licence to add and buy the seat; when someone leaves, schedule the seat reduction for the renewal date.”

5. Turn the ArrowSphere API on per agent

For everything beyond seat counts, open the agent, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Cloud Marketplace, and expand the ArrowSphere block. Pick one of its Presets, or set each area yourself: See ArrowSphere API for what the agent can read and change.
