You connect ZOEY once at the MSP level. One API user covers every account.

1. Get an API Service user

ZOEY’s API takes only a dedicated API Service user. Ask Tekton Billing support to enable the ZOEY API for your ZOEY and to create an API Service user for Neo, and keep its user name and password.
ZOEY allows each user 500 API requests an hour. Use this user for Neo alone, so another tool does not use up Neo’s allowance.

2. Add it in Neo

1

Open Integrations

In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the ZOEY card, under Accounting.
2

Enter the address and the user

Enter the address you open ZOEY at, such as https://myaccount.example.co.uk, and the API user’s name and password. The address must be reachable from the internet over HTTPS with a certificate from a public authority.
3

Save

Click Save settings. Neo logs in to ZOEY and reads an account before saving, so a wrong address, user name or password is rejected straight away.

3. Turn ZOEY on per agent

Open the agent, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Accounting, and expand the ZOEY block. Pick one of its Presets, or set each area yourself: Closing an account and porting a number out always ask a technician, whatever the preset.

Use it on support tickets

Map each customer on the Organization Mapping tab first, and make sure your PSA files each ticket under the customer’s company: on a ticket, the agent reads only the account mapped to the ticket’s company. See ZOEY API for what the agent can read and change.
