The Adobe Admin Console is where an organization manages its Adobe users and the licences for Acrobat, Creative Cloud and the rest of Adobe’s products. Each of your clients that buys Adobe has its own Adobe organization. Connect Adobe for those clients, and Neo agents can work in it while they handle a ticket or run a scheduled report.
