What Neo can do with Telavox
- Count calls and minutes per user, incoming and outgoing, for any period in the last two years, from each user’s recorded calls
- Show the missed calls of the user whose token Neo uses, for the last four months
- Show who waits in each call queue now, the longest wait, and who is on a call or away
- Read users, their licences and numbers, call queues and their members, IVRs, phone numbers, portings and desk phones
- Create a user and send their welcome email, change a user’s licence or numbers, or remove them
- Add or remove queue members, change a queue’s ring strategy, switch a user’s availability profile, and forward their calls
- Read call transcriptions, reboot or move a desk phone, keep the shared address book, and call or text from the token’s user
Phone statistics: what Telavox gives
- Calls per user come from recorded calls. Users whose calls Telavox does not record show no calls. The token’s user needs the right to monitor every user’s recordings.
- Missed calls are the token user’s own: Telavox keeps no call history of other users that an integration can read. Use the token of the user who answers your main number.
- Queues are live. Telavox’s API has no queue statistics over a period, such as abandoned calls or average wait. A dashboard on a schedule can keep a history of the live numbers.
