1. Get the credentials from SkySwitch
SkySwitch has two APIs, and each has its own sign-in:
Make a Telco portal user and a PBX subscriber for Neo, so you can change or remove Neo’s access without touching a person’s login:
- Give the Telco portal user the roles for the work Neo does, such as Phone Number Manager, Routing Manager and E911 Manager for onboarding.
- Give the PBX subscriber Reseller scope, so it reaches every client domain. Leave multi-factor sign-in off for it: an API sign-in cannot answer the code, and Neo refuses to save a subscriber that has it.

2. Add the credentials in Neo
1
Open Integrations
In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the SkySwitch card, under Phone & VoIP.
2
Save the credentials
Enter the reseller id and the eight values from step 1, then click Save settings. Neo signs in to both APIs before saving, so a wrong value, a PBX subscriber without Reseller scope, or one with multi-factor sign-in is rejected straight away with what to fix.
3. Turn SkySwitch on per agent
Open the agent, go to the Integrations section, and pick an access profile for the SkySwitch block, or set each area yourself:
The roles of the Telco portal user limit what Neo can do, whatever the profile says. See SkySwitch API for the profiles and the safety controls.
