RoboShadow scans your customers’ Windows devices for vulnerabilities, missing updates and weak security settings, and scans their internet-facing addresses. Connect it, and Neo agents can read those findings while they work a ticket, plan patching or prepare a security review. Neo reads RoboShadow and changes nothing there. When you ask Neo to remediate, it reads what RoboShadow found and makes the fix with your RMM tools, under the approval rules you set for them.

What Neo can do with RoboShadow

  • Find a client’s critical CVEs, rank them by known exploitation, CVSS and EPSS, and read the fixed version for each one
  • Patch the affected devices through your RMM, skip the offline ones, and report what is left
  • Check what RoboShadow’s own remediation already tried, and which attempts failed
  • List devices with no working antivirus, a disabled firewall, a detected threat or a missing critical update
  • Find Microsoft 365 users with no MFA
  • Summarise a client’s vulnerabilities, endpoint security and MFA for a QBR
See RoboShadow API for the permission groups.

Your organisations are mapped to companies

Neo matches your RoboShadow organisations to the companies in your PSA and keeps the mapping on the RoboShadow card’s Organization Mapping tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. Matching uses the organisation name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Last comes an AI match for the long tail. A name match, or one you confirm, is handed straight to your agents. An AI match is not handed to your agents automatically. It shows on the Organization Mapping tab, where you can confirm or correct it. Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync.
