Pia is an automation platform for MSPs. Connect it, and Neo agents can run the automations you published in Pia while they work a ticket, then check how each run went.

What Neo can do with Pia

• Read a ticket, find the Pia automation published for that client that does what the ticket asks, and run it on the ticket
• Follow the run: finished, failed, or waiting on an approval in Pia, and write the result on the ticket
• When a run fails, read its activity logs and tell the technician which step failed
• Read and manage Pia clients and tags, agents, extension automations, delegated consent and automation source, as your permission groups allow

Pia already knows your PSA’s ids, so there is no company mapping to set up: the agent finds automations and runs them by the ticket’s company and ticket number from your PSA.
