You connect GeoCerts once at the MSP level, with an API key. The key reads every certificate order in your CertCommand account.

1. Make an API key

1

Open your profile

Sign in to GeoCerts CertCommand at geocerts.com/login, open the menu under your name, and click My Profile.
2

Generate the key

Open the API Key tab and click Generate an API Key for Me. If you already have a key that another tool uses, keep it and use it here: Reset My API Key makes a new one and stops the old one.
3

Copy the key

GeoCerts shows the key only once, in the green message at the top. Copy it now.

2. Add the key in Neo

1

Open Integrations

Open Integrations → GeoCerts in the Neo Dashboard. The card is under Security.
2

Save the key

Paste the API Key and click Save. Neo reads your pending orders with the key before it saves, so a wrong or reset key is rejected straight away.

3. Use it on a dashboard or an agent

A dashboard asks for the Certificate Orders group itself when the Neo Support Agent builds it; you do nothing more. Ask Neo Support for “a dashboard of my GeoCerts certificates, with the ones that expire in the next 30 days”. For a ticket before a certificate expires, set up a scheduled agent that runs once a day. Open it from Agents, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Security, and set the GeoCerts block’s Certificate Orders to Read Only. The agent also needs your PSA’s tickets at Read / Write to search for an open ticket and create one, and your PSA’s companies at Read Only to match a certificate’s domain to a client (ServiceNow: Companies). In its instructions, name the window (30 days if you name none), the company and the priority for certificate tickets. See GeoCerts API for what the agent reads.
