Search the list
Type in the search box above the tables. The list filters as you type, across both tables and every group.- Match by name. The search ignores case, and each word you type must appear in the name, in any order.

#.196finds workflow 19697. - See where it lives. A matching workflow shows inside its group, and every group with a match opens, even one you collapsed. Groups with no match are hidden.
- See what triggers it. A workflow that runs when another one finishes shows under that workflow, so the chain stays readable.
- Keep your place. The search is part of the page’s address, so refreshing the page or pressing browser Back keeps it. Copy the address to share the filtered list.
Drag-and-drop reordering is off while a search is active, because the order would be saved from only the rows on screen. Clear the search to reorder.
Group workflows
Groups are part of the list order, and the list order is the execution order for workflows that obey order. Moving a workflow into another group, or moving a group, changes that order. See Configuring execution order.- Create a group. Click New Group above either table, name it, then drag workflows into it by their handle.
- Move a workflow. Drag it onto another group’s header, or onto Ungrouped to take it out of every group.
- Rename or delete a group. Double-click its name, or use the ⋮ menu on its header. Deleting a group moves its workflows to Ungrouped; it deletes no workflow.
- Collapse a group. Click the arrow beside its name. This browser remembers which groups you collapsed.
