The common use is a scheduled agent: every hour it reads the recordings made since its last run, logs each one as an activity for the team member who recorded it, and adds the summary as a note on the client’s account in your PSA.
Automatically enabled when you configure Plaud permissions in your agent workflow, or on a dashboard.

  • List the recordings in your Plaud Team workspace, with when each was recorded, its length and who made it
  • Read each recording’s AI summaries
  • Read a recording’s transcript, when you turn on the Transcripts group
  • List your workspace’s members
Neo reads Plaud; it changes nothing there. Plaud’s Enterprise API is read-only.
