What Neo can do with Zomentum
- Draft quotes and proposals. From your template, your catalog and its approved prices: hardware with its installation labor, software and licensing, professional services, or a managed services package with the quantities the customer needs. The draft stays in Zomentum for a rep to review and send.
- Use distributor pricing. On hardware lines, Neo turns on Zomentum’s real-time pricing for the distributors you name, so Zomentum keeps the cost at the lowest of them and sets the price from your margin. Stock shows in Zomentum’s product picker when the rep reviews the draft.
- Check a quote’s margins. Each line’s margin against your floor, prices against the catalog, and missing lines such as labor or licensing.
- Follow up proposals. Find proposals sent or viewed and still waiting, and leave the rep a follow-up task with a drafted email.
- Watch the pipeline. Find stalled opportunities and recommend the next step; report open opportunities, expected new MRR, project revenue, outstanding proposals and each rep’s wins, daily or weekly.
- Find upsell candidates. Clients who bought from some of your product groups and not others.
- Act on won proposals. Tell your team, and open one fulfillment or onboarding ticket in your PSA.
- Answer in chat. “Create a quote for three Dell laptops for this customer”, “Which proposals need follow-up?”, “What is our expected new MRR this month?”
How the jobs run
Each job is an agent with the Zomentum IT Admin profile (or Helpdesk, to approve each change), your PSA’s ticket permissions for won proposals, and a Teams or email tool to tell your team. Its instructions name your templates, your margin floor, your distributors and who hears what, for example:Next steps
