Smart Pricing Table is where you build proposals: pages, pricing tables with groups of line items, add-ons and discounts, and side-by-side packages, from your templates and your line item library. Connect it once with an API key, and Neo agents can read and build proposals for your team.

What Neo can do with Smart Pricing Table

  • Draft a proposal from your template. Neo creates the proposal for the client, then adds the pricing groups, line items, add-ons and packages the job needs, from your library where it has them.
  • Change prices. A line item, an add-on or a package column in one proposal, or the library price every later proposal uses.
  • Write pages. The scope, the approach or the terms page of a proposal, as HTML.
  • Answer questions. “What did we quote Contoso for managed workstations?”, “Which proposals are still waiting on the client?”, “What is in our Business package?”
  • Send a finished proposal to the client, when you allow it.
Smart Pricing Table does not let anyone edit a proposal that is pending signature, won or lost, and Neo follows the same rule.

How the jobs run

A drafting agent uses the Smart Pricing Table IT Admin profile, which builds proposals on its own and asks a technician before it sends one. Choose Helpdesk to approve each change. Its instructions name your template and what goes in a proposal, for example:
