Most of the time, there is nothing to do

Syncro is one product with two surfaces, so connecting the Syncro PSA connects the RMM as well. If your API token can read assets, the Syncro RMM card on the Integrations page will already say Connected, using the same credentials.
Nothing to configure, and nothing to keep in sync: rotating your Syncro API token on the PSA updates the RMM at the same time.
If the RMM card is not connected after you set up the PSA, the usual cause is the token’s permissions — see Creating an API Token and confirm Assets is included. Neo deliberately leaves the RMM disconnected rather than connecting one whose very first call would fail.

Connecting with a different token

Connect the RMM here only if you want it to use its own credentials — for example a token scoped more narrowly than the PSA’s.
1

Open the Integrations page

In the Neo dashboard, go to Integrations, then find Syncro RMM under the RMM category.
2

Enter your Syncro details

  • RMM URL — your Syncro subdomain, e.g. https://yourcompany.syncromsp.com
  • API key — a Syncro API token whose permissions include Assets
3

Save

Neo verifies the token by reading your assets before saving. A token that cannot read assets is rejected at this point rather than failing later.
A token you enter here is yours. Once you connect the RMM manually, re-saving the Syncro PSA will not overwrite it, and switching your PSA away from Syncro will not remove it.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting the Syncro RMM from its card is remembered: re-saving the PSA later will not silently turn it back on. To re-enable it, connect it from the card again.

Verifying

After connecting, devices appear on the next sync. To check sooner, open Companies and confirm devices are listed against the right customer — on a tenant running Syncro for both PSA and RMM, that mapping is exact rather than a name match.
Before assuming something is missing, check what the Syncro API cannot do — most notably, Neo cannot run or report on scripts through Syncro, and Windows patch data does not exist for Mac or Linux devices.
