Plaud makes AI voice recorders, such as the NotePin, and the app that transcribes and summarises what they record. Connect your Plaud Team workspace once, and Neo agents can read your recordings and their summaries and act on them in your PSA.

What Neo can do with Plaud

  • Log each recorded meeting as an activity for the team member who recorded it, on the client’s company, with the summary in its notes
  • Add each client meeting’s summary as a note on the client’s account
  • Answer a technician’s question about a meeting, in Teams or the dashboard
Neo matches a recording to a client by the company name in the recording’s title or summary, and only when exactly one company matches. Title your recordings with the client’s name, for example “Contoso QBR”, so each one lands on the right account.

What you need

  • A Plaud Team workspace. Neo reads Plaud through Plaud’s Enterprise API, which works on a Team workspace, not on a personal Plaud account.
  • Enterprise API access for the workspace, which you request from Plaud. The Enterprise API is in private beta at Plaud, so Plaud turns it on per workspace.
  • Each team member’s consent: Plaud asks each member in the Plaud app, the next time they open it, whether their own recordings can be read. Recordings saved as Team files can be read straight away.

Set up an agent

Most Plaud jobs run on a schedule, such as every hour:
  1. Connect Plaud.
  2. Ask Neo Support to set up the agent, for example:
The agent gets the Read Only profile in its Plaud block, and the ConnectWise permissions its job needs: Sales Activities and Companies at Read / Write, and System at Read Only to find the member. Each activity and note carries a line that names the recording, so a later run never logs the same recording twice. See Plaud API for the permission groups.
