Paycor is your own HR, payroll and time and attendance system. Connect it once with your own Paycor application, and Neo agents can read your employees and their time cards next to your PSA.

What Neo can do with Paycor

  • Report true utilization. For a week or any period, compare each technician’s hours worked in Paycor with the time they logged in your PSA, with the billable share, and flag anyone under the threshold you set.
  • Flag missing time entries. List the days a technician worked in Paycor but logged little or no time in the PSA, so they can fill the gaps before invoicing.
  • Answer HR questions. Who started this month, who left, who reports to whom, and which department and job title each person has.
  • Read time cards, punches, schedules and time off, create time off requests and approve time cards, and change an employee’s contact details, position or status, when the agent’s permissions allow.

How the utilization report runs

The report is a scheduled agent with the Paycor Read Only profile and your PSA’s time entry and member permissions (in ConnectWise PSA, the System and Time Entries groups at Read Only). Its instructions say the period, who reads the report, and anything Paycor’s time cards mean for your company, for example:
Neo matches each Paycor employee to a PSA member by work email, then by a unique full name, and lists anyone it cannot match instead of guessing. The quickest way to set one up is to ask the Neo Support Agent: “Set up a weekly agent that compares our Paycor hours with ConnectWise time entries per technician and posts the utilization table in Teams.” See Paycor API for the permission groups.
