Moovila is the project management platform many MSPs run on top of their PSA. Connect it, and Neo agents can read it while they work a ticket, a chat or a scheduled report.

What Neo can do with Moovila

  • Report on a project: its status, Moovila’s RPAX risk score, its forecast finish against its due date, open and late tasks, logged hours against estimates, and budget used
  • List the projects at risk across your portfolio, ranked by RPAX score and by how far the forecast slipped
  • Estimate each person’s capacity for the coming weeks from Moovila’s task data, with the rules Moovila documents for its Resource Capacity dashboard: remaining task hours, spread over each task’s working days, against the daily target of their resource type. Moovila’s public API spec lists some of the dashboard’s inputs nowhere, so the estimate can differ from it (what the API leaves out)
  • Read time entries, users, resource types and products
Neo only reads Moovila: its public API spec lists only read operations. An agent tells your technician what to change in Moovila. When you sync Moovila with your PSA through Moovila’s own connector, an agent can make the change on the synced project in your PSA instead. See Moovila API for the permission groups and what the API leaves out. There is no company mapping to set up: an agent matches a project to the ticket’s company by the customer name on the project, which is your PSA company’s name when Moovila’s PSA connector imported the project.
