CallSwitch One is Nebula Cloud’s hosted phone system, which you resell to your clients. Connect it once with the API login from your CallSwitch One portal, and Neo works in every client account under yours.

What Neo can do with CallSwitch One

  • Add a new starter: create the user, give them a number and send their mobile and desktop app invites
  • Change or remove users, hunt groups, queues and departments
  • Build and change call flows (IVRs), and the opening hours a number follows
  • Pull a client’s invoices, credit notes, balance, subscriptions and call costs for a billing review
  • Read call history, call statistics, voicemail and call transcriptions on a phone ticket

Each ticket stays with its client

Your login reaches every client account under yours. On a ticket that names a company, Neo sends a call only for the CallSwitch One client that company is mapped to. Calls across every client, such as a billing report for all of them, are for chats and scheduled agents.

Your clients are mapped to companies

Neo matches your CallSwitch One clients to the companies in your PSA by the client’s name in CallSwitch One, and keeps the mapping on the CallSwitch One card’s Organization Mapping tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. A name that matches exactly one of your PSA companies, as it is or after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC), or a match you confirm, is handed straight to your agents. An AI match waits for you on the Organization Mapping tab, and so does a name two of your PSA companies share, or two clients that match one company. Confirm or correct each there. Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync. See CallSwitch One API for the permission groups.
