You connect CallSwitch One once at the MSP level. Your reseller account’s API login covers every client account under yours.

1. Copy the API login and allow Neo’s addresses

Sign in to your CallSwitch One portal as an administrator of your reseller account and open its API page. It shows three values that every API call sends: On the same page, add Neo’s IP addresses from IP whitelisting to Allowed IP Ranges. CallSwitch One answers API calls only from the addresses on that list, so without them Neo cannot connect.

2. Add the login in Neo

1

Open Integrations

In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the CallSwitch One card, under Phone & VoIP.
2

Save the login

Paste the reseller value, the API user and the API password, and click Save settings. Neo checks the login against CallSwitch One before saving, so a wrong login, or a missing entry on Allowed IP Ranges, is rejected straight away.

3. Check the client mapping

Open the CallSwitch One card’s Organization Mapping tab and confirm or correct the company of each client. On a ticket, Neo acts only for the client mapped to the ticket’s company. See CallSwitch One.

4. Turn CallSwitch One on per agent

Open the agent, go to the Integrations section, and pick an access profile for the CallSwitch One block, or set each area yourself: See CallSwitch One API for the profiles and what the agent can read and change.
