The common uses are an endpoint inventory or a device breakdown per client, and a ticket about a device or a user: the agent reads the client’s Todyl devices, checks the agent and protection state, and finds the device a user signed in on.
Automatically enabled when you configure Todyl permissions in your agent workflow.

What It Does

  • Read a client’s devices: agent version, last check-in, tamper protection, paused protection, pending reboot and billing status
  • Read one device’s LAN and public IP addresses
  • Read the account signed in on each device’s latest session, and whether it used MFA
  • Read deployment groups with their products and device counts
  • Read invoices, each client’s slice of an invoice, and the devices that checked in during its period
Neo reads Todyl and changes nothing there. To act on a device, the agent uses the RMM tools you give it, under their own approval rules, and tells the technician what to change in the Todyl portal.

Permission Groups

Every group is read only. On a ticket, the agent reads only the tenant mapped to the ticket’s company.
