What It Does

  • Search the Ingram Micro catalogue by description, vendor part number (VPN) or Ingram SKU, with product details
  • Read your price and the stock in each Ingram warehouse, for up to 50 parts in one call
  • Create an Ingram quote for the parts a ticket needs, then read it back; search and read your quotes
  • Search and read orders with their status, shipments, tracking and serial numbers
  • Place an order on your Ingram net terms, and change or cancel one placed on customer hold
  • Read invoices, renewals, deals (special-bid pricing), return requests and freight estimates; open a return
  • Read cloud subscriptions bought through Xvantage, and estimate a change
This is Ingram Micro’s reseller API (Xvantage). Cloud subscriptions and seats bought through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace use the Ingram Micro integration.
