Supervised run checkpoints

Submit Run Plan and Report Instruction Gap exist only on a supervised run. Neo adds both to the agent for the run. They are not in the tool list of the agent builder, and both are Free, so they never raise the per-run price. Each one sends an approval card to the same technicians who approve the agent’s changes, and the run waits for the answer. Neither one approves a change. Every change on a supervised run still asks for its own approval.

Submit Run Plan

The agent calls it once, before its first change. The card shows:

• Plan for this run: how the agent reads the ticket and which of its instructions apply.
• Changes I intend to make: every change, in order, one line each.

Report Instruction Gap

The agent calls it when its instructions leave a decision open and the choices lead to different changes. That is when two instructions conflict, when one instruction can be read two ways, or when no instruction covers a choice on which MSPs differ. It does not ask when one reading is plainly right or standard practice settles the choice. The card shows:

• Decision: what the agent must choose before its next change.
• Your instructions say: the instruction text, quoted, or that none covers the decision.
• I can read this as: the choices, each written as the change it leads to.
• If you approve, I will: the choice the agent follows by default.
• Suggested wording for your instructions: new wording that settles the decision for later runs.
