You connect Trend Micro LMP once at the MSP level. One LMPI key from TrendAI covers every customer in your partner account.

1. Get the LMPI key

1

Ask TrendAI for the key

TrendAI issues the Licensing Management Platform Interface (LMPI) key to its partners: an access token (a GUID) and a secret key. Ask your TrendAI partner contact or support for the LMPI key for your partner account.
When TrendAI revokes or replaces the key, Neo loses access until you save the new key here.

2. Add the key in Neo

1

Open Integrations

In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the Trend Micro LMP card, under Endpoint Security.
2

Save the key

Paste the access token and the secret key and click Save settings. Neo checks them against LMP before saving, so a wrong token, or a secret key that does not belong to it, is rejected straight away.
3

Check the mapping

Open the card’s Organization Mapping tab and confirm each customer, or set it by hand. On a ticket, Neo works only with the LMP customer mapped to the ticket’s company.

3. Turn Trend Micro LMP on per agent

Open the agent, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Endpoint Security, and expand the Trend Micro LMP block. Pick a preset, or set each area yourself: See Trend Micro LMP API for what the agent can do.
