You connect NinjaOne SaaS Backup once at the MSP level. The tokens of your partner account cover every organization under it.

1. Copy the API details

1

Open API Settings

Sign in to the NinjaOne SaaS Backup Partner Portal and open Settings > API Settings.
2

Copy three values

From the API Information section, copy the API URL (for example https://dropsuite.us/api/), the Reseller Token and the Authentication Token. Neo does not need the Secret Token.
NinjaOne SaaS Backup gives sub-partners and resellers read access to their organizations and users, which is all Neo uses.

2. Add the details in Neo

1

Open Integrations

In the Neo Dashboard, open Integrations and find the NinjaOne SaaS Backup card, under Backup & Recovery.
2

Save the details

Paste the API URL, the Reseller Token and the Authentication Token, and click Save settings. Neo reads your organization list with them before it saves, so a wrong token or an API URL from another region is rejected straight away.
Neo sends the tokens only to NinjaOne SaaS Backup’s own API addresses. If you change the API URL later, Neo asks for the tokens again.

3. Check the Organization Mapping tab

Open the card’s Organization Mapping tab after the first PSA metadata sync. Confirm the suggested matches and set the right company for any organization Neo matched wrongly or could not match. On a ticket, Neo reaches only the organization mapped to the ticket’s company. How the mapping works.

4. Turn NinjaOne SaaS Backup on per agent

Open the agent, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Backup & Recovery, and expand the NinjaOne SaaS Backup block. Pick the Read Only preset, or set each area yourself: See NinjaOne SaaS Backup API for what the agent reads, and example instructions.
