What Neo can do with Exclaimer
- List each client’s subscription with its tier, SKU, status, trial and mailbox count, and the mailboxes signed in the last 30 days
- Create a new client’s subscription at onboarding
- Raise or lower a client’s mailbox count, and change its tier or SKU
- Rename, pause, end or reactivate a subscription
- Add a client’s contact to their Exclaimer portal as an Editor or Admin, change roles, or remove a leaver
- Move a subscription to or from another Exclaimer partner
Each ticket stays with its client
One Exclaimer token reaches every client subscription in your account. On a ticket that names a company, Neo sends a call only for the Exclaimer subscription the ticket’s company is mapped to, or one that creates a new subscription. Calls across every client, such as the subscription list, go out only when the run has no ticket company: a chat with Neo, or a scheduled agent.Your subscriptions are mapped to companies
Neo matches your Exclaimer subscriptions to the companies in your PSA by the subscription name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Last comes an AI match for the long tail. The mapping sits on the Exclaimer card’s Organization Mapping tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. Ended and cancelled subscriptions are left out. A name that matches exactly one of your PSA companies, as it is or after stripping a legal-form suffix, and a match you confirm are handed straight to your agents. A name two of your PSA companies share, or a company two subscriptions match, is left to the AI match, and an AI match waits for you on the Organization Mapping tab. Confirm or correct each there. Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync. See Exclaimer API for the permission groups.Next steps
