What Neo can do with CloudRadial
- Design a request form from a short description: its subject, category, questions and approval, in the style of your other forms
- Build a form around one of your Neo agents, so a Leavers form asks for everything your Leaver agent needs
- Edit forms, their questions and categories, and turn approval on or off
- Read and update each client’s portal users, endpoints, articles, menus, courses, domains, tokens and flexible assets
- Send a Signal message to one client’s users and see who read it
Each ticket stays with its client
One CloudRadial key reaches every company in your portal. On a ticket that names a company, every CloudRadial call names the CloudRadial company the ticket’s company is mapped to, and Neo holds the call to it: a list returns only that client’s records, and a record of another client is not read or changed. Calls across every client, such as the company list, go out only when the run has no ticket company: a chat with Neo, or a scheduled agent.Your companies are mapped to your PSA
Neo matches your CloudRadial companies to the companies in your PSA. CloudRadial keeps your PSA’s company id from its own PSA sync; when that id and the name agree, the match is made at once. Otherwise Neo matches by name: exact, then after stripping a legal-form suffix (Ltd, Inc, LLC). Last comes an AI match for the long tail. The mapping sits on the CloudRadial card’s Organization Mapping tab, refreshed on each PSA metadata sync. A match on your PSA’s id, a name that matches exactly one of your PSA companies, and a match you confirm are handed straight to your agents. A name two of your PSA companies share, or a company two CloudRadial companies match, is left to the AI match, and an AI match waits for you on the Organization Mapping tab. Confirm or correct each there. Anything Neo could not match stays unmapped and visible on the same tab, where you can set the right company by hand. A mapping you set by hand survives every later sync. See CloudRadial API for the permission groups.Next steps
