You connect URIports once at the MSP level, with an API key. The key reaches every domain in your URIports account. URIports offers API access on the Stone plan and higher.

1. Make an API key

1

Open API Keys

Sign in to URIports at app.uriports.com and open Settings → API Keys.
2

Create the key

Create a new key for Neo. A separate key lets you disable Neo’s access without touching other tools.
3

Copy the key

URIports shows the key only once. Copy it now; it starts with urp_.

2. Add the key in Neo

1

Open Integrations

Open Integrations → URIports in the Neo Dashboard. The card is under Email Security.
2

Save the key

Paste the API Key and click Save. Neo reads your domain groups with the key before it saves, so a wrong or disabled key is rejected straight away.

3. Set up the daily DMARC alert

Set up a scheduled agent that runs once a day. Open it from Agents, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Email Security, and set the URIports block’s DMARC Status and Monitored Domains to Read Only. Give it the tool that messages your team: Send Teams Message to Internal Team, its Slack twin, or Send Email. In its instructions, name who gets the message (a channel, people or an email address), and any threshold you want other than the defaults: a domain fails when less than 95% of its mail passes DMARC. You can also ask the Neo Support Agent to set it up for you. See URIports API for what the agent reads.
