You connect GlassHive once at the MSP level, with one API key for your GlassHive account.

1. Make the API key

In GlassHive, open your account settings and generate a new API key. Copy it. Keep it out of email and chat: anyone who has it can read and change your GlassHive contacts. Neo calls GlassHive at https://rest.api.glasshive.com/partner/v1 with the key in the Authorization header. GlassHive allows 10 requests a second, and Neo keeps to that.

2. Add the key in Neo

1

Open Integrations

Open Integrations → GlassHive in the Neo Dashboard. The card is under Sales & Quoting.
2

Save the key

Paste the key in API Key and click Save. Neo reads your GlassHive account with it before it saves, so a wrong key is rejected straight away.
3

Check the company mapping

After the next sync, open the Organization Mapping tab and confirm the matches between your GlassHive companies and your PSA companies. A prospect that is not in your PSA stays unmapped.

3. Turn GlassHive on per agent

Open the agent from Agents, go to its Tools & Settings tab, click Sales & Quoting, and expand the GlassHive block. Pick a preset, then change any group:

Build campaign lists and draft campaigns

Give the agent the Helpdesk preset, or set Lists, Companies, Contacts and Activities & Tasks to Read / Write and Users & Account to Read Only. Give it Read access in the system it reads the list from, such as your PSA’s companies and contacts. Say in its instructions which companies and contacts belong on the list (for example, active customers of one type), and, when it drafts campaigns, the GlassHive user who builds them. Without one, Neo assigns the draft to the GlassHive user whose email matches the person who asked. See GlassHive overview for what the agent does, and Safety Controls in GlassHive API for the changes that always ask a technician.
