The Trigger Another Workflow tool allows Neo Agent to trigger other configured workflows when it determines they’re appropriate for the current ticket.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Analyze the ticket and determine if another workflow applies
  • Trigger any of the configured workflows
  • Chain workflows together for complex automation
Use custom instructions to specify WHEN and WHICH workflow(s) to trigger. Example: “If the ticket mentions mailbox permission or shared mailbox access, consider triggering the Mailbox Access Review workflow.”

How to Use

  1. Enable the tool and select which workflows can be triggered
  2. Provide custom instructions on when to trigger each workflow
  3. Keep the allowlist focused on workflows you’re comfortable being triggered automatically

Example Instructions

Trigger the "User Onboarding" workflow when tickets mention:
- New employee setup
- New hire
- Account creation needed

Trigger the "Password Reset" workflow when tickets mention:
- Forgot password
- Can't log in
- Reset my password
