The Assign Ticket to Neo tool allows the agent to take ownership of tickets in your PSA, indicating that Neo is actively working on them.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Assign the ticket to a designated “Neo Agent” resource in your PSA
  • Update ticket status to indicate AI processing
  • Track which tickets are being handled by automation

How to Use

  1. Create a resource/member in your PSA to represent Neo Agent
  2. Configure the tool with that resource ID
  3. Enable the tool in workflows where Neo should take ownership
