The Bundle Tickets tool allows Neo Agent to organize related tickets by creating parent-child relationships.

What It Does

When enabled, the agent can:
  • Identify related tickets that should be grouped
  • Attach child tickets to a parent ticket
  • Maintain relationships for tracking related issues
Enable Find Tickets by Content or Find Tickets by Metadata tools to help the agent find tickets to bundle.

How to Use

  1. Enable this tool along with ticket search tools
  2. Provide custom instructions on when to bundle tickets
  3. The agent will search for related tickets and bundle when appropriate

Example Instructions

Bundle tickets when they're part of the same outage affecting multiple users.
Make the first reported ticket the parent.
