The Bundle Tickets tool allows Neo Agent to organize related tickets by creating parent-child relationships.
What It Does
When enabled, the agent can:
- Identify related tickets that should be grouped
- Attach child tickets to a parent ticket
- Maintain relationships for tracking related issues
Enable Find Tickets by Content or Find Tickets by Metadata tools to help the agent find tickets to bundle.
How to Use
- Enable this tool along with ticket search tools
- Provide custom instructions on when to bundle tickets
- The agent will search for related tickets and bundle when appropriate

Bundle tickets when they're part of the same outage affecting multiple users.
Make the first reported ticket the parent.
